1. Who we are

These Terms govern your use of kivivo.shop and purchases from KIVIVO.

Our store uses Shopify to provide its ecommerce platform. Your sales contract is with the seller identified above, except where a different seller is expressly identified before you place an order. These Terms, the applicable product description, our Shipping Policy and our Return Policy form part of the information provided for your purchase. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

2. Using our store

You must have the legal capacity to enter into the purchase contract, or the necessary permission from a parent or legal guardian. Provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information and use a payment method you are authorized to use.

Do not use the store for fraud, unlawful transactions, interference with its operation, unauthorized access, malware distribution or infringement of another person's rights.

3. Pre-owned products and compatibility

We sell genuine pre-owned routers, principally ZTE and HUAWEI products. Unless a listing expressly says otherwise, the item is secondhand and is not represented as new or manufacturer-certified refurbished.

Read the specific listing for the model, condition, disclosed defects, included accessories, carrier or SIM restrictions, supported bands, firmware and power requirements. A condition grade is a description of that item, not a promise of new condition. Clearly disclosed wear does not remove your rights concerning an undisclosed defect or a product that otherwise fails to conform to the contract.

Network performance depends on factors such as coverage, service plan, local network requirements and the installation environment. Confirm compatibility before ordering, and contact us if the listing does not answer your question. This does not limit our responsibility for inaccurate descriptions or for a particular use that we have expressly agreed the product will support.

A SIM card, subscription, original box, manufacturer warranty or accessory is included only when the listing says so. Illustrative images will be identified as such and do not replace the specific product description.

4. Orders and payment

By submitting an order, you offer to purchase the selected goods. Our initial order acknowledgment confirms receipt; we accept the order when we send a dispatch confirmation, unless applicable law or an express checkout statement provides otherwise.

Before acceptance, we may be unable to fulfill an order because an item is unavailable, payment is unsuccessful, a material listing error is identified or the transaction cannot lawfully proceed. We will notify you and refund any payment taken for an unfulfilled order. We will not substitute a different item or increase the agreed price without your agreement.

Payment options, the applicable currency and the total payable to us are shown at checkout. Prices and promotions may change for future purchases without changing an accepted order. Any currency conversion or fee charged independently by your payment provider is subject to your agreement with that provider.

5. Shipping and delivery

Available destinations, charges, dispatch information and estimated delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy and at checkout. Any additional import charges that you may have to pay will be disclosed before purchase as required by law.

For consumer orders, we remain responsible for loss or damage until you or a person you nominate receives the goods, except where applicable law provides otherwise for a carrier independently commissioned by you. A tracking scan alone does not determine a delivery dispute.

6. Cancellations, returns and legal guarantees

**Except where applicable law gives you a right to cancel or return, we do not offer change-of-mind or other non-quality returns.** Faulty, damaged, incorrect or materially misdescribed goods are handled under our Return Policy and applicable law.

Eligible consumers retain mandatory withdrawal rights, including the applicable 14-day period for qualifying EU/EEA and UK distance purchases. Your statutory rights concerning faulty or non-conforming goods continue beyond that period. Pre-owned status does not remove those rights.

Manufacturer warranty coverage, if any, is separate from our legal obligations as the seller. No additional commercial warranty is promised unless expressly stated in the product listing.

7. Brand names and website content

KIVIVO is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by ZTE or HUAWEI. Those trademarks belong to their respective owners. Product references identify the goods and do not grant any license to a manufacturer's software, trademarks or other intellectual property beyond the rights lawfully accompanying your purchase.

You may use our website for ordinary personal shopping. Do not reproduce or commercially exploit our original website content without permission, except where permitted by law.

8. Responsibility and external services

We are responsible for the obligations imposed on us by the contract and applicable law. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted website availability or the operation of a third-party mobile network. External websites and services have their own terms, but their involvement does not remove our responsibilities as your seller.

9. Complaints and applicable law

For a complaint, email **[support@kivivo.shop](mailto:support@kivivo.shop)** with your order number and the issue you would like resolved. Contacting us does not restrict your lawful payment-dispute rights or access to regulators and courts.

These Terms are subject to applicable law. If you are a consumer, you retain the mandatory protections of the law of your country of habitual residence where they apply, and any right to bring proceedings in the courts available to you under that law. We do not require consumers to waive those rights or agree to mandatory arbitration under these Terms.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms for future orders. The version provided when you place an order applies to that order, subject to any mandatory legal changes. The latest revision date appears above.
